At 13 Lemons, every piece of art is handled with care and shipped with the intention of arriving safely, beautifully packaged, and ready for you to frame into a gallery-level piece.
Here’s what you need to know about how we ship your art.
We currently only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at admin@13lemons.com for special arrangements.
Orders are typically processed within 2 - 3 business days.
Custom or limited edition pieces may require additional time for preparation. If there is a delay, you’ll be notified by email.
We ship via reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS. Shipping times vary by destination but typically range from 7 –10 business days after dispatch.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of the artwork, and the selected shipping method.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on product pages or banners.
All artwork is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe delivery:
Flat works are reinforced and wrapped in archival-safe materials.
Framed or oversized pieces are boxed securely with padding or shipped via specialty carriers if required.
If your artwork arrives damaged:
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue — including a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation
All items are shipped fully insured and require signature upon receipt to verify receipt in good condition. There is a 48hr window to inspect your shipment to place an insurance claim and is detailed on your tracking declaration email. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier and signed for at your address.
We recommend shipping to a secure location.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at admin@13Lemons.com.

We accept returns of undamaged artwork within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:
To start a return, email us at admin@13lemons.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your order arrives damaged:
Our shipments are typically insured. If damage is verified, we’ll guide you through the claims process so that we can work with the carrier to recover costs and offer a refund, replacement, or repair.
Please note: filing a claim requires photographic evidence. In most cases, we can coordinate with the shipping insurer to help make both parties whole.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection of the returned item:
Unless the item arrives damaged, buyers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured method as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
