13Lemons Artwork Gallery Return Policy

Effective Date: June 27, 2025

We want you to love your artwork — and we pack and ship each piece with care. If something’s not right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns of undamaged artwork within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
• Artwork must be returned in original condition and original packaging
• You must request a return before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns may be rejected
   

To start a return, email us at admin@13lemons.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Damaged Artwork

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 2 days of delivery
2. Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging
3. Do not discard packaging materials

Our shipments are typically insured. If damage is verified, we’ll guide you through the claims process so that we can work with the carrier to recover costs and offer a refund, replacement, or repair.

Please note: filing a claim requires photographic evidence. In most cases, we can coordinate with the shipping insurer to help make both parties whole.

• Items marked as Final Sale
   

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection of the returned item:

• Allow 10 –14 business days for processing
• A 25% restocking fee applies to standard returns
   

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrives damaged, buyers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured method as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
